The Problem
Fashion businesses often rely on disconnected tools for product management, customer orders, payments, shipping, inventory, and custom tailoring requests. This creates operational complexity and makes it difficult to provide customers with a seamless shopping experience.

The Solution
Built a full-stack fashion e-commerce platform that unifies the complete retail workflow in one system. Jansoir provides a responsive storefront with product variants, cart and favorites, local payment workflows, coupons, shipping management, custom tailoring requests, and a dedicated admin operations dashboard for managing the entire business.

The Result
Delivered a scalable modular-monolith e-commerce platform designed around real-world fashion retail workflows. The system combines transactional checkout, concurrency-safe inventory management, cloud media storage, role-based administration, and performance-focused frontend architecture. The project is currently temporarily offline while ongoing updates and new improvements are being implemented in collaboration with the client.

- Cloudinary-powered media management for products, categories, payment receipts, and customization requests
- Admin activity history and operational analytics for monitoring orders and business performance
- Performance optimizations including lazy loading, code splitting, manual Vite chunks, compression, caching, and database indexing
