The Problem

Alzheimer's care is fragmented across doctors, family caregivers, and patients. Medication schedules, cognitive therapy, mood tracking, location monitoring, and patient communication often rely on disconnected tools, making long-term care difficult to coordinate.

The Solution

Built a full-stack healthcare platform that unifies doctors, caregivers, and patients into a single AI-powered ecosystem. The platform combines real-time monitoring, cognitive rehabilitation, medication management, location safety, facial recognition, emotion analysis, and an Alzheimer's-specialized RAG assistant to support continuous patient care.

Delivered a scalable multi-role SaaS platform with separate portals for doctors, family caregivers, and patients. Combined modern web technologies with AI microservices to automate care workflows, improve patient monitoring, and provide intelligent clinical assistance in real time.
